“As an anatomy nerd, I am blown away by the changes of my body for growing a new life. It is such a magickal season. As a cosmic geek, I am in awe of the psychic cleanse – the vivid dreams, surrendering and letting go. An unwavering peace,” she said in the caption.

On May 24, she shared an update on reaching her 24th week of pregnancy. “In this moment of humanity, we are all being called to be fully engaged in our awakening. A deep level of listening is a byproduct of the heart. Trust yourself.

Trust your vision. Does it align with your higher self?” she said. She also shared the importance of “hugging the baby” even during pregnancy.

“What does the cue ‘hug the baby’ mean? It refers to the best core exercise during pregnancy and postnatal recovery through your breath. Consciously connecting with your breath activates the deep core muscles to build strength and stability.”

“During the beautiful journey of pregnancy, it is best to avoid exercises that causes the doming of the abdomen. The goal is to reduce as much diastasis recti (aka the separation of the abdominal wall) as much as possible while maintaining integrity in the core container.” she reiterated.
