The public preview of Julien’s Auctions’ inaugural auction in Hong Kong “Legends in Motion” is now open at Pacific Place (free admission). This marks the industry-leading Hollywood auction house’s return to Asia, following a historic sale offering items from Michael Jackson and other pop culture icons in 2010.

From now through to 27 September (11am-8pm), the public has the opportunity to view precious items from iconic figures in music, entertainment and sports. At the heart of the exhibition are 40 rare artifacts from the life and film career of martial arts legend Bruce Lee, displayed for the first time in over 50 years to his fans and collectors in Hong Kong. Star highlight is a jersey worn by basketball superstar LeBron James during his time at St. Vincent-St.

Mary High School, with an estimate of US$1-2 million (HK$7,800,000-15,600,000), the highest amongst all auction items. This photo-matched jersey, worn during LeBron’s first Sports Illustrated shoot, earned him the title “The Chosen One”, marking the beginning of LeBron’s storied career and a new chapter in basketball history.

The exhibition also features memorabilia from BTS, Taylor Swift, Michael Jackson, and FIFA soccer players like Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo. The auction is set to take place live 28 September at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong and online at juliensauctions.com.
