The location alone of the event was enviable: in Paris, the celebration began in a yacht on The River Siene, and did their vows at The American Church. The price of 80 million was spent on the wedding, with notable artists in attendance as well.

December 30, 2014, Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera became official husband and wife. The popularity of the two at this point in time were truly outstanding, hence the event has been called The Royal Wedding. The ceremony itself was held in Immaculate Conception Cathedral in Quezon City. Marian in particular turned heads with her gown by Michael Cinco, which was worth a whopping 2 million. Their sweet reception took place the Mall of Asia Arena, their 12-foot wedding cake certainly a sight to behold.
Anne Curtis and Erwan Heussaff
On November 12, 2017, fans of Anne Curtis celebrated her tying the knot with long time boyfriend Erwin Heussaff. The special occasion, which was a beautiful rustic garden wedding, happened in New Zealand, which was witnessed by loved ones of the couple, which include many notable celebrities. Anne definitely looked ethereal in her Monique Lhuillier gown which was custom made. After the main ceremony, the people were then carried off to a 40-minute vintage steamship boat ride on Lake Wakatipu on their way to Walter’s Peak High Country Farm. The reception also had a 3-tiered cake that showcases the bride and groom’s 6 beloved pets.
Yilmaz Bektas and Ruffa Gutierrez
Yilmaz Bektas and Ruffa Gutierrez took place in Manila in March 5, 2003. It was a luxurious garden wedding, having over 60 varieties of flowers for the celebration, and it had a lot of attention from the media, with various notable guests in attendance. Ruffa looked especially stunning in her gown with a 6-meter train. In spite of the dazzling romance of the wedding ceremony, the couple separated in 2008, which revolved around domestic abuse allegations.

The wedding of Richard Gomez and Lucy Torres took place at Saints Peter and Paul Church in Ormoc, Leyte. Balesin Island was the place of choice for Chiz Escudero and Heart Evangelista, where they began their wedding weekend by celebrating Heart’s birthday and despedida de soltera. Many notable people were attendants of the event, ranging from celebrities to politicians. Heart was espeically stunning with her frock that exhibited a beautiful train of five meters and she shone in her gown that has 70,000 Swarovski crystals. Two receptions were done for the wedding: one took place in Balesin, and another was held in Manila for guests that were unable to take part in the island wedding.

Billy Crawford and Coleen Garcia were two It’s Showtime hosts that became romantically involved and it eventually led to a wonderful wedding ceremony. Coleen looked especially regal as she walked in her Galia Lahav dress, and Billy turned heads with his elegant suit that was made by Edwin Tan. Their wedding cake was made by Chef Castillo Fuentes and the hand-painted gowns of the bridesmaids certainly made a for a beautiful picture that is a memory worth cherishing.

One of the first events that lead to the ceremony of their tying the know is a gold tournament that lasted three days, which was held at Camp John Hay in Baguio. Many celebrities took part in this event as well. Regarding the official wedding itself, the two made their vows at St. Joseph the Worker Parish, which Fernando Poe Jr., Vilma Santos, Charo Santos-Concio, and Gabby Lopez as some of the notable attendants. Charlene’s mother prepared the seven-tier wedding cake for the reception over the course of seven months, which was one of the highlights of the beautiful event.
