Bella Hadid, the renowned Palestinian-Dutch supermodel, has expanded her career beyond the fashion world, venturing into the beauty and wellness industry with her new brand, Orebella.

The brand’s launch marks a significant step in her entrepreneurial journey, fueled by her personal transformation and a deeper connection to her heritage. Orebella is more than just a beauty brand; it is a reflection of Hadid’s ongoing commitment to mental and physical well-being.

The idea for Orebella emerged gradually, drawing inspiration from Hadid’s own experiences with self-care and the holistic practices she embraced during her battle with Lyme disease. Over the years, she shared how essential oils and wellness practices helped her manage the challenges of her condition and maintain a sense of balance.

Her deep interest in aromatherapy and natural healing grew even stronger during a visit to her Palestinian relatives, where she discovered that her uncle was an essential oil maker.

Orebella, named after a blend of Hadid’s first name and her surname’s translation—meaning “iron”—was built on a foundation of authenticity and connection to her roots. The brand’s debut fragrance collection features three distinct scents, each inspired by a different facet of Hadid’s life.

They offer a non-alcoholic, bi-phase formula, designed to be both gentle and long-lasting on the skin. Hadid’s approach to scent is deeply personal; she sought to create a product that aligns with her sensitivity to fragrance, one that would offer both complexity and wearability.

The launch of Orebella also marks a celebration of Hadid’s family heritage. Salted Muse, one of the standout fragrances, pays tribute to her Palestinian roots, incorporating the olive oil scent that is iconic in her culture.

In this way, Orebella is not just a wellness brand, but a tribute to Hadid’s family, who have always been supportive of her endeavors. The packaging itself is a work of art, inspired by geodes and vintage perfume bottles from her mother’s collection.

Hadid’s decision to enter the wellness space was not impulsive but rather a natural evolution of her lifestyle and values. In the midst of a fast-paced career as a top model, she sought solace in practices that helped her find peace and clarity.

With Orebella, she channels these personal practices into a business venture that allows others to experience the same grounding effects. This connection to her own healing journey, combined with the influence of her family’s entrepreneurial spirit, has helped shape the direction of Orebella into a wellness brand with authenticity at its core.

Orebella’s launch revealed Bella Hadid’s new venture is set to inspire others to prioritize their well-being while embracing the power of nature. With her background in fashion, wellness, and essential oils, Hadid is poised to make a lasting impact on the beauty industry. Orebella represents a unique fusion of personal history, self-care, and entrepreneurial vision.
