The Britney Spears fragrance empire is entering a new era with Give Back Beauty as its new global licensing partner. Effective January 1, 2025, the Italian beauty conglomerate has taken over the creation, development, marketing, and worldwide sales of the pop icon’s celebrated perfume line, previously managed by Revlon.

This strategic move signals an exciting chapter for Spears’ fragrance brand, which has captivated fans for over 18 years.

Spears, whose perfumes have become a staple in the celebrity fragrance industry, expressed her enthusiasm for the partnership. “My fragrance business has always held a special place in my heart,” she shared. “It’s always been a way for me to connect with my fans, who I love. I’m excited for this new chapter and bringing more beauty into the world with Give Back Beauty, recognized for its admirable and durable ethical standards and social responsibility.”

With a comprehensive plan in place, Give Back Beauty aims to enhance existing product lines while introducing new scents, with the first launch expected in 2026. The brand’s signature fragrances, including Curious, Fantasy, Prerogative, and Circus, will continue to be available as the company expands its reach into new markets.

Corrado Brondi, Founder and Chairman of Give Back Beauty, described the partnership as an honor. “Through her years of genius music and impeccable performances, Britney has ascended to pop royalty,” he said. “Even in recent years, when Britney focused on projects other than music, she maintains a devoted following. We look forward to rewarding Britney’s supporters with exciting new fragrances.”

The transition from Revlon, which had held the fragrance license since 2004 through its subsidiary Elizabeth Arden, was solidified through an agreement that included the release of certain intellectual property rights. This also marked the resolution of a previous legal dispute between the two companies, ensuring a smooth transition.

Brondi emphasized that Give Back Beauty’s core values—integrity, social responsibility, and innovation—will drive the brand’s future. “We are looking forward to building on Britney’s legacy, introducing innovations to her product lines, and expanding the brand into new markets globally while ensuring that the spirit and authenticity of her brand remain intact,” he stated.

Give Back Beauty has built a reputation as a leading force in the beauty industry, managing high-profile fragrance and beauty licenses for brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, Elie Saab, Chopard, and Mercedes-Benz. Its track record of success, along with its commitment to sustainability, positions it as the ideal partner for Spears’ iconic fragrance line.

The company’s Indie & Talent division, which has helped launch celebrity-backed brands like Florence by Mills and Blake Brown, will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Britney Spears fragrances. With its robust distribution network spanning over 130 countries, Give Back Beauty is well-equipped to propel the brand to new heights.

As the partnership takes shape, fans can anticipate a fresh wave of innovative and ethically-produced fragrances, reinforcing Britney Spears’ lasting influence in the beauty world.
