Every moment is an opportunity to make a mark. And for Isaac Charbel Sarah, it’s a truth he’s always lived by. Born the youngest of three boys in Batroun, Lebanon, young Isaac was always determined to be seen and heard. Through hard work, determination, and an inspiring coach, the once round-bodied lad found his place on the pitch, developing his skills to become captain of his school’s football team. 

Isaac’s journey of dedication and commitment continued as he completed his studies in hospitality, earned an internship in Dubai, and landed landmark stints at The Peninsula properties in Tokyo and Chicago. Today, he brings his passion and experience to his role as Director of Front Office at The Peninsula London, where he works closely with colleagues to surprise, delight, and create unforgettable moments for guests from around the world. 

Isaac’s commitment to creating extraordinary guest experiences shines through in the smallest details. Known for his extraordinary ability to anticipate guests’ needs, he observes attentively and acts with thoughtful precision, solving problems big and small before they surface. Every day, Isaac discreetly demonstrates his deep dedication to service and his instinct for going above and beyond.
