Homegrown water purifier brand Happie marks a major milestone as it turns three this year, unveiling its brand-new Experiential Centre at 1 Sims Lane and kicking off its biggest campaign yet: a nationwide ‘Shop & Win’ giveaway in collaboration with Dongfeng by Volt Auto. The move into a larger space follows steady year-on-year growth, with Happie’s sales increasing from the low seven figures in its first year to the high seven figures in 2025.

Founded in 2022 by husband-and-wife duo Benjamin and Sharon, Happie has grown from a lean two-person team into a trusted name in water purification, known for its minimalist tankless dispensers, Korean tech innovation, and commitment to fast delivery and thoughtful service. The brand has served more than 20,000 customers across Singapore and continues to grow rapidly.

The newly opened 1,400 sq ft space—a significant upgrade from their previous 900 sq ft unit—is designed with the same clean, minimalist aesthetic that defines Happie’s brand. Located on the ground floor of a bright corner unit, the space is purpose-built to host live demos, community events, and immersive customer experiences. Footfall has steadily increased thanks to its visibility and proximity to Aljunied MRT station.

“This new centre is more than just a showroom—it’s a reflection of what Happie stands for: simple, beautiful solutions that make life easier,” says Benjamin Ling, Happie’s founder and father of three. “We now have the room to engage with our community meaningfully, from product education to lifestyle events.”

To celebrate the brand’s third anniversary, Happie is giving customers the chance to win a brand-new Dongfeng Box EV worth over SGD $90,000. The ‘Shop & Win’ giveaway runs from 3rd March to 6th September 2025. All customers who purchase any Happie water purifier during this period will be automatically entered into the lucky draw.

The Dongfeng Box, presented in partnership with Volt Auto, is a premium electric vehicle featuring the world’s first Mach Power 10-in-1 Technology, customizable lighting, fast charging, and urban-friendly features like autopark technology and frameless doors—making it the perfect ride for the modern family.

Adding to the celebrations, Zoe Tay, one of Singapore’s most beloved media icons, has joined Happie as its official brand ambassador. Known for her timeless appeal and commitment to healthy living, Zoe shares her personal experience with Happie:

“I’ve been using Happie’s dispensers at home for some time now and really appreciate how sleek, reliable, and easy they are to use,” says Zoe. She also highlights the brand’s eco-conscious design, including energy-saving low-power mode sensors and its efforts to reduce single-use plastics. “I believe in choosing products that support a greener future,” she adds. “Happie ticks those boxes for me.”

Happie’s journey over the past three years has been defined by careful growth, culture-building, and customer-first design. The team recently introduced their third product, Miracle, after months of R&D and customer feedback. They were also honoured with the SOE Neo Start-Up and SOE Top Start-Up Honouree of the Year awards in 2024.

As Happie marks its third year, the brand is setting its sights on new horizons. Building on its foundation in water purification, Happie is now preparing to expand beyond purifiers with the launch of a new home appliance—its first step toward becoming a broader household name. The new product is currently in development and is expected to launch in Q4 2025.
