January 19, 2025, marked a significant gathering as a pre-inauguration victory rally unfolded with fervent prayers and declarations led by Angela Halili and Arielle Reitsma, co-hosts of the popular podcast Girls Gone Bible. Held a day before President-elect Donald Trump’s swearing-in, the event brought together supporters and faith leaders to invoke blessings on the nation and its soon-to-be leader.

The rally began with Halili’s heartfelt prayer, which wove elements of the Lord’s Prayer into an appeal for divine guidance. “God, we thank you that your will always prevails,” she declared, connecting Trump’s presidency to a broader spiritual narrative. Her words—“Your kingdom come, your will be done on Earth as it is in heaven, in America as it is in heaven”—set the tone for a prayerful gathering focused on invoking faith as the foundation of leadership and unity.

Reitsma followed Halili’s lead with equal passion, emphasizing gratitude for Trump’s “relentless love and devotion” to the country. As the audience joined in prayer, she called for divine protection and wisdom to guide the president-elect, framing his tenure as a vessel for fulfilling a higher purpose. Her prayer resonated deeply with the crowd, as she asked for “a shield around our president, his family, and upon this nation.”

The rally also highlighted a broader mission to inspire spiritual revival and healing across America. Halili and Reitsma invoked Psalm 91, praying for angelic protection and guidance for Trump in the face of challenges. The atmosphere was charged with hope and determination as participants declared unity and faith in the nation’s future.

Halili and Reitsma’s influence extends beyond the rally, as their podcast, Girls Gone Bible, continues to top the Religion and Spirituality charts on Spotify. The duo, known for addressing topics such as mental health, spiritual growth, and personal discipline, has gained a loyal following since launching in May 2023. Their involvement in the rally underscored their commitment to intertwining faith and leadership.

Throughout the event, themes of restoration and reconciliation echoed strongly. Halili prayed for communities affected by recent challenges, including the Los Angeles fires, asking for God’s healing and renewal. The co-hosts’ prayers also extended to the nation’s spiritual landscape, with calls for a revival rooted in humility, love, and justice.

With a foundation of prayer and optimism, the pre-inauguration event set a spiritually charged stage for the following day’s historic occasion.
