HUAWEI continues to push innovation forward and empower modern lifestyles with the all-new HUAWEI MatePad Air, designed to redefine what users can accomplish while on the go.

Featuring the world’s best screen, intelligent tools, and powerful performance in a remarkably light design, the HUAWEI MatePad Air supports the many ways people work, create, learn, and enjoy for a price that’s easier on the budget.

The World’s Best Screen Makes Every Detail Stand Out and Stays Easy on the Eyes

The HUAWEI MatePad Air boasts an enhanced 12-inch 2.8K Ultra-clear OLED display with PaperMatte technology, giving users a spacious and truly immersive canvas for work, creation, learning, and entertainment. Its ultra-slim 4.69mm bezel creates an edge-to-edge viewing area, allowing users to enjoy a spacious display to see more of their documents, creative projects, and favorite content. With OLED technology, the HUAWEI MatePad Air’s screen renders richer visuals with more vibrant and more accurate colors in up to 2.8K resolution, delivering a more refined viewing experience suitable for whether users are reviewing presentations, watching videos, editing content, or creating an art piece.

HUAWEI’s signature PaperMatte Display technology further enhances the viewing experience. Made through a high-precision nano-level etching process, the PaperMatte Display reduces glare and reflections to keep the visuals easy on the eyes, while retaining a paper-like writing and touch experience. As HUAWEI cares for users’ eye health, the display is designed to keep users’ eyes comfortable even during long hours of working, creating, or watching on the HUAWEI MatePad Air.

4-in-1 AI-Powered Productivity Redefines Work and Creation

In true HUAWEI MatePad fashion, the latest addition to the series is built to go beyond the traditional tablet experience by bringing PC-like, AI-powered capabilities and intelligent tools to support modern users. To support productivity, the HUAWEI MatePad Air comes with the upgraded PC-Level WPS Office, which introduces an intelligent office suite with enhanced capabilities for a more streamlined and efficient productivity experience. The WPS AI suite helps users handle a wide range of tasks, including document creation, spreadsheet management, presentation design, and more, for a more streamlined and efficient productivity experience.

Meanwhile, the HUAWEI Notes makes note-taking faster and more intuitive with AI-driven features, helping users capture their ideas and even solve mathematical equations through the app. Aside from enhancing users’ handwritten notes, the productivity tool uses AI to improve users’ speech-to-text transcription, accurately capturing discussions and automatically generating structured notes. The AI-Powered HUAWEI Notes also helps users solve numerical equations instantly.

The upgraded AI-powered GoPaint app turns the HUAWEI MatePad Air into a versatile creative studio with professional tools that make digital art more expressive and engaging. It enhances users’ creative workflow, allowing them to precisely capture and apply their desired color combinations in their artwork through its AI-enriched capabilities.

Paired with compatible accessories, the HUAWEI MatePad Air supports users through every task, from studying and completing professional tasks, to art creation and entertainment. The upgraded HUAWEI M-Pencil Pro enhances note-taking and creating experience with a more precise, natural, and intuitive stylus experience. In Air Mouse mode, the stylus also serves as a mouse, allowing users to seamlessly scroll or browse through files or projects without needing to switch to another tool. Meanwhile, the HUAWEI Smart Magnetic Keyboard transforms the HUAWEI MatePad Air into a capable on-the-go workstation, delivering a comfortable and efficient typing experience. Powered by NearLink Technology, these accessories boast a faster, more stable connection with lower latency, making it easier to move seamlessly from writing to browsing and creating.

Ultra-Thin, Lightweight Design and Powerful Performance Keep Your Ideas Going

The HUAWEI MatePad Air packs powerful capabilities in a remarkably slim design that’s easy to take anywhere. Measuring just 5.3mm thin and weighing 509g, the device is suitable for users who are seeking for a large-screen productivity and creativity companion without the added bulk. Despite its ultra-thin design, the HUAWEI MatePad Air is built to withstand the unexpected with little to no bend, giving users a lightweight device that stays reliably durable. Beyond its slim yet tough build, the HUAWEI MatePad Air also brings a distinct aesthetic to its portable design with a pearlescent sheen available in an elegant Airy Blue.

The HUAWEI MatePad Air’s ultra-slim body houses a performance that keeps up with users through long workdays, creative sessions, study periods, or marathon video streaming. Its large-capacity 10,100mAh battery supports up to 18 hours of HDR video playback, delivering the power that users need to get through the day. The 66W HUAWEI SuperCharge Turbo replenishes the battery in as quick as 30 minutes, so users can get back to what they’re doing swiftly.

Under its slim exterior, the HUAWEI MatePad Air carries up to 12GB of physical RAM and 256GB of storage. Through HUAWEI’s virtual memory expansion technology, the device allocates an additional 8GB virtual memory from the storage, giving the device the capacity to manage multiple applications, documents, creative projects, and files without slowing down. Its innovative heat dissipation architecture ensures the device continuously delivers a stable performance, even as users move between heavy-duty tasks.
