Taguig City opened its doors to a week-long celebration of love—one that radiates faith, service, and unity. TLC Heart Beats: City of Taguig’s Public Service Caravan is more than just a Valentine’s event; it is a reminder that love is best expressed through acts of kindness, gratitude, and service to others, and the best part is that it’s all FREE!

Mayor Lani Cayetano led the opening night on February 10, emphasizing that Taguig’s message is about love for the Lord, which translates into continuous programs and services for the community:
“Ang pag-ibig sa Panginoon ay ipinapakita natin sa ating malasakit at serbisyo sa bawat Taguigeño. Patuloy nating ipaparamdam ito sa pamamagitan ng ating mga programa at serbisyo.”
The night kicked off with soulful performances from Luna Band and bossa nova legend Sitti, setting a heartwarming tone for the festivities ahead.
The celebration continues with an exciting lineup of artists across different venues. On February 11, I Belong to the Zoo, Janine Teñoso, and Johann Mendoza will perform at Vista Mall Taguig.
February 12 will feature Sunkissed Lola, Jeremy Novela, and High School Playlist at Benigno Aquino High School in Barangay Comembo.
On February 13, Arca South will host I Belong to the Zoo, Davey Langit, and High School Playlist.

The grand Valentine’s concert on February 14 at TLC Park will be headlined by Ariel Rivera, Ella Mae Saison, and South Border.
Finally, on February 15 and 16,Jillian Ita-as, MC Dela Cruz, and Six or Seven Band will conclude the musical journey with an evening of inspiring performances at TLC Park.
More than just a Valentine’s event, Love at the Park has also opened at TLC Village, located at Lakeshore, Laguna Lake Highway/C6 Road, Brgy. Lower Bicutan, celebrating love that strengthens families, deepens friendships, and reflects God’s goodness. Inspired by 1 Corinthians 16:14—“Let all that you do be done in love”—this week-long festivity runs from February 10 to 16, 2025. Gates open at 5:00 PM daily, with closing times at 10:00 PM from Sunday to Thursday and 11:00 PM on Friday and Saturday, ensuring ample time for everyone to enjoy the festivities.

Visitors can stroll through stunning 3D art installations like the Hand Heart Installation, Coin Plant Installation, and Green Village Installation, all free for everyone to enjoy. Capture meaningful moments at the Rainbow Tunnel, Infinity Tunnel, Instabox Bible Verse Area, Light of Hope, and other scenic spots perfect for reflection and photos.
Enjoy live musical performances while exploring a variety of food merchants, making your visit to Love at the Park even more special. These efforts highlight Taguig’s vision of fostering a community grounded in love, faith, and unity.
As Liga President Jorge Bocobo aptly said in his message during the opening: “Dito sa Taguig, kaya nga po ‘I Love Taguig’ ang tagline natin dahil misyon nating patuloy na mahalin ang ating lungsod, pamilya, at buong komunidad. Lagi po nating tandaan na tayo’y umiibig dahil ang Diyos ang unang umibig sa atin.”
