Barbie Imperial finally confirmed that she and Diego Loyzaga have gone their separate ways after being in a relationship for a year. 

The actress made the announcement in an exclusive interview on TV Patrol during a media conference on February 4. 

She also shared what she has learned from this experience and said, “I’m the kind of person na kahit medyo nauubos na ako, bigay pa rin ako nang bigay ng love sa ibang tao. So finally, natutunan ko na baka kaya paulit-ulit nangyayari sa’kin ‘to kasi hindi ko talaga minamahal ang sarili ko.”

“It’s like all the same stories each boyfriend. So for me parang, what if ibahin ko ngayon? Sarili ko naman ang mahalin ko,” she added. 

Barbie did not further elaborate on what caused their breakup, although the celeb stressed that they parted on good terms. 

It can be recalled that the two stars confirmed that they were an item back in 2021, then celebrated their anniversary last December. 

However, rumors began to circulate that Barbie and Diego’s relationship was on the rocks due to infidelity issues. Xian Gaza then insinuated that Diego was seeing sexy actress AJ Raval.

AJ then vehemently denied that she and Diego were having an affair.
