The Smart Araneta Coliseum was abuzz with excitement last night as the Binibining Pilipinas 2024 coronation unfolded. The event brought together over 100 queens from different eras, celebrating the pageant’s rich history and the remarkable women who have graced its stage.

Gloria Diaz, the trailblazer who became the first Filipina Miss Universe in 1969. Margie Moran, following in Gloria’s footsteps, she claimed the Miss Universe crown in 1973. Pia Wurtzbach, the radiant queen who captured hearts worldwide in 2015. Catriona Gray, our modern-day icon, who wowed the universe in 2018.

These four Miss Universe titleholders shared the stage, radiating elegance and grace. Their presence was a testament to the enduring legacy of Filipina beauty and resilience.

SB19, Martin Nievera, and Gary Valenciano serenaded the queens, their voices weaving a tapestry of admiration and respect. The audience watched in awe as these legendary performers paid homage to the gorgeous ladies who have left an indelible mark on the pageant world.

The 60th Binibining Pilipinas Queens:

• Myrna Esguerra Binibining Pilipinas Miss International 2024
• Jasmine Bungay Binibining Pilipinas Globe 2024 
• Christal Dela Cruz 1st Runner Up 
• Trisha Martinez 2nd Runner Up 

– The new queens received crowns crafted by jeweler Manny Halasan, each shimmering with promise.

– The top winners took home P1 million each, a testament to their hard work and dedication.

– Runners-up were also rewarded with P400,000, celebrating their achievements.

The coronation night was expertly hosted by Catriona Gray, Kylie Verzosa, Nicole Cordoves, MJ Lastimosa, and Ruffa Gutierrez.

Their warmth and charisma added to the evening’s magic. Miss International 2023, Andrea Rubio, graced the event as one of the esteemed judges, lending her discerning eye to the competition.

As the curtains fell on Binibining Pilipinas 2024, the legacy continued. These queens, past and present, remind us that beauty transcends the superficial—it’s about strength, intelligence, and the ability to inspire generations.
