Clockenflap, Hong Kong’s biggest international outdoor music and arts festival, has just unveiled this year’s festival site map, as well as a complete list of stages, schedule, attractions and special experiences that fans can enjoy at Central Harbourfront from Friday November 29 to Sunday 1
December, 2024.
In addition to an eclectic lineup packed with must-see international, regional andlocal acts, Clockenflap will showcase the full, world-class festival experience forwhich it is famed, including a spectacular outdoor environment featuring six stages,over 24 delicious F&B outlets, an eye-popping array of artistic installations, and acarefully curated collection of family-friendly attractions.
SIX STAGES OF MUSIC
Harbourflap Stage Clockenflap’s mighty main stage, the Harbourflap Stage is where fans can enjoy the
highest profile artists, as well as festival favourites and acts guaranteed to deliver thosespine-tingling singalong moments. Harbourflap highlights this year include headliners American maverick rock icon JACK WHITE, UK hip-hop star CENTRAL CEE and legendary French duo AIR, plus unmissable sets by art-rock trailblazer ST. VINCENT,British psychedelic pop-rockers GLASS ANIMALS, livewire Japanese girl group SAKURAZAKA46, and much more!
Hang Seng Stage
The festival’s ever-popular second stage, the Hang Seng Stage celebrates the depth
and diversity of Clockenflap’s lineup with artists from a wide spectrum of styles, genres
and countries. Acclaimed international acts to look out for this year include British indie
legends SUEDE, trailblazing UK DJ/producer Jamie xx and genre-blending Canadian
rockers MOTHER MOTHER, while regional highlights including Japanese hip-hop crew
CREEPY NUTS, Taiwanese indie-rock heroes deca joins and Japanese post-rock
masters toe, to name but a few.
Park Stage by Martell
A firm favourite with the festival’s music fans, the lawn-set Park Stage by Martell is the
best place to catch edgy, emerging talent, and acts that are destined to be cult
favourites for years to come. This year’s buzziest names include Korean shoegazers
THE BLACK SKIRTS, Xi’an post-punks FAZI, Japanese-Australian indie outfit LAST
DINOSAURS, UK dance-punk disruptors FAT DOG, Filipino-Japanese pop queen ena
mori, and many more. Get ready to discover your new favourite artist alongside a
whole bunch of new friends!
Electriq
The festival’s dedicated electronic stage, Electriq is where fans flock to immerse
themselves in pulsating dancefloor energy from day into night. As well as top
international names such as Canadian DJ/producer A-TRAK, anarchic Australian
electro-fiend PARTIBOI69, UK beat-master YUNG SINGH, and rising Scottish star
SIM0NE, expect to see and hear the very best DJ talent Hong Kong has to offer, such
as ROMAIN FX and CRIS PER.
Robot Stage
By day, the Robot Stage features family-focused performances and attractions. Bynight, it’s home to some of the festival’s funnest DJs and party crews. As well as the
hand-picked selection of local acts, be sure to check out ever-entertaining Taiwanese
collective GOLDEN ENGLISH PARTY, and a special Sunday set from festival
co-founders Jay and Mike, who’ve got the OGs back together to celebrate ROBOT’s
25th anniversary.
Topper
The Topper Stage returns this edition and will keep the vibes flowing in between sets
on the Harbourflap Stage. With a focus on edgy-yet-accessible electronic world music
from across the globe, and a lineup featuring DJ KULU, Neeno, ADRIANNA, and
many more. Join in the good times at Topper all weekend long.
ARTS
The perfect complement to the diverse music lineup, Clockenflap’s arts programme
lights up the festival with a spectacular selection of eye-popping attractions and
one-of-a-kind experiences.
Among this year’s artful highlights are: Futurescope, an experiential attraction from UK
art and wellness production company Esthetika that immerses visitors in an
ever-changing realm of unique visuals by artists Brandon Li, Derry Ainsworth, William
Markezana, Reilin Joey, Max Hattler and Jay Hofmann-Forster; The Origin, an amazing
mobile DJ booth and art installation created by Screw Up Studio and acclaimed local
designer Matt Hui Yip Long, with DJ Diamond on board spinning high-energy tunes;
the Hello Hong Kong Balloon Chain, an ever-changing, 800m-long sky-high landmark
that can be seen from all over the festival site; eye-catching flowing canopies featuring
beautiful works of art by Alchemy Décor; and Relentless Melt No.36, a collection of
abstract and psychedelic films co-curated by Max Hattler and Clockenflap’s Artistic
Director Jay Hofmann-Forster.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY ACTIVITIES
Clockenflap prides itself on being a festival for all the family, and features a much-loved
programme of kid-friendly attractions and interactive activities for attendees of all ages.
Immerse in soothing sonic soundscapes with Communal Frequencies by i_is_one;
stretch and move while getting in touch with your wild side at Animal Flow; relax and
heal with Kirtan from the Heart & Sound Baths; find your inner rhythm with Ecstatic
Dance, Meditation & Breathwork; get hands on with intriguing arts and crafts
workshops courtesy of Children’s Discovery Museum; demonstrate your passion for
percussion at the always-popular Drum Jam; find inner calm and balance at the Kid’s
Yoga & Mindfulness; dance like no one’s watching with DJ Junk; strut your funky stuff
at the Team Beyond Party & Parade ; and giggle and sing with interactive
puppet-based performances at Treasure Chest Theatre’s The Butterfly Ball.
UNIQUE ON-SITE EXPERIENCES
Hang Seng Stage & Hang Seng Power Station
As the official partner of Clockenflap 2024, Hang Seng Bank introduces the Hang
Seng Power Station, an interactive attraction next to their sponsored Hang Seng
Stage, that invites festivalgoers to generate real energy through movement. At the
Power Dance area, attendees can groove to tunes from DJs while their dancing creates
energy to charge portable power banks, which can be won by completing simple
challenges. To recharge after giving their all on the dance floor, Flappers can enjoy refreshing complimentary smoothies and drinks crafted by CookiesDPT by doing a fun
mini step challenge, or by redeeming $1 Hang Seng +FUN Dollar. Hang Seng’s virtual
KOL, Hazel, will also engage the audience from the Hang Seng Stage to enhance the
festival experience.
FASHION ASIA Hong Kong: 10 Asian Designers To Watch Exhibition
FASHION ASIA highlights extraordinary Asian fashion designers, bringing their
exceptional creations to Hong Kong, and they’ve partnered with Clockenflap to create
a special format for the 8th edition of their ‘10 Asian Designers to Watch’ exhibition.
Festivalgoers can experience a sensory fusion of fashion and music at
SOUNDSTITCH, which showcases pieces from this year’s winners, and see how
fashion and music collide as select Clockenflap artists are styled by featured
designers. Attendees can also put on headphones to listen to unique Sound Diaries
from each designer, delving deeper into their creative world and sources of inspiration.
Hong Kong Tourism Board Experience: Eat, Play and Discover The Events Capital
of Asia
The Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) attracts visitors to Hong Kong from around
the globe through a diverse array of international events, reinforcing the city’s
reputation as a world-class travel destination and The Events Capital of Asia. This year,
HKTB has partnered with Clockenflap to create an engaging experience for visitors and
locals, inviting them to eat, play and discover Hong Kong through three captivating
onsite attractions. Eat, drink and be merry at the Kuuchi Dai Pai Dong, where guests
can savour the diverse flavours of Hong Kong’s vibrant culinary scene; interact with the
Hello Hong Kong Balloon Chain and capture memorable moments against the
stunning backdrop of the Victoria Harbour skyline; and fully immerse yourself in a
kaleidoscopic world of art and colour as Futurescope unveils captivating projections
of iconic elements that showcase the city’s multifaceted charm.
Park Stage by Martell & Martell Bar
As well as serving up a weekend’s worth of cutting-edge sounds at the Park Stage by
Martell, the iconic cognac house is unveiling a fresh new side of the brand with its
‘Swift Label’ at the adjacent Martell Bar. Be sure to try the exclusive cocktail crafted
with Martell Noblige – it promises a unique and unforgettable taste sensation that is theperfectly complements the stage’s dynamic music lineup. Don’t miss out on this

Pizza Hut Cha Chaan Teng
Pizza Hut makes its Clockenflap debut as the main food sponsor this year with the
specially designed Pizza Hut Cha Chaan Teng, an innovative experience zone inspired
by contemporary cha chaan tengs. Here, Clockenflappers can enjoy delicious
Clockenflap exclusive menu, and take photos to capture memorable moments at a
unique Instagram-worthy neon light installation and win a prize by finished designated
step. And don’t forget to look out for Pizza Hut’s limited-edition commemorative item,

Stella Artois
