It was a night to remember as Converse marked Pride Month this year by launching ‘Converse Proud to Be Collection,’ which featured unique and distinctive apparel.
The event was held at the Notorious HQ bar at Poblacion, Makati last June 14. Guests were able to enjoy a fun-filled get together with drinks and DJ performances, while partying the night away.
Run Star Legacy CX, Chuck 70 De Luxe Heel, Chuck 70 Plus, Chuck 70, Chuck Taylor All Star Lift, and Chuck Taylor All Star, including an awesome of line of clothing were also part of the collection.
The ensembles were attached with signature Pride laces that were sewn through the Run Star Legacy CX, while rainbow outsoles were fixed through the Chuck 70 Plus. Meanwhile, the Chuck 70 De Luxe Heel turned heads as its glittery appearance caught the eyes of some of the guests.
It is important to note that the collection signifies progress which was designed by LGBTQIA+ employees and allies at Converse.
Miss International Queen Fuschia Ann Ravena, Drag Queen Brigiding, Director and Actor Fifth Solomon, DJ Kate Jagdon, Influencers Antonio Estevens, Kush Obusan, Shainna Gayle, and Editor Angelo De Cartagena, also graced the event that night.
You can check out the Converse Proud to Be Collection online at Converse.ph and Converse stores nationwide.
