HUAWEI brings a new kind of tech shopping experience as it  officially opened the doors to the HUAWEI Experience Store at SM Megamall last December 14. The revamped HUAWEI Experience Store is the ultimate destination for personalized shopping experience to cater to customers’ needs.

The HUAWEI Experience Store at SM Megamall is the latest of several stores to get a retail upgrade. These new and revamped stores include HUAWEI Experience Stores at SM North EDSA, SM City Grand Central, SM Seaside City Cebu, and SM City Davao. The new HUAWEI Experience Store at SM Megamall features a sleek, modern design with soft wood accents and bright lighting. The metal finishes add a touch of elegance to the store. Beyond its sophisticated, high-quality aesthetics, the HUAWEI Experience Store at SM Megamall features a functional, inviting design that serves customers. 

The spacious Product Display area invites customers to explore HUAWEI’s innovative product lineup, including smartphones, tablets, and wearable devices. Store visitors can touch, try, and explore every HUAWEI product to experience firsthand its performance, design, and innovative technology powering these devices. The Discover HUAWEI Area offers customers a unique community hub designed for learning sessions. Equipped with a high-definition LED screen, the space is intended to host interactive workshops and expert-led sessions on topics such as photography, digital art, and even fitness sessions to foster a collaborative, community atmosphere within the redesigned space. 

The HUAWEI Experience Store at SM Megamall offers customer-centric care by providing a full suite of after-sales support with its dedicated Service Area. In this area, customers can access services such as quick data migration and expert guidance on new devices, giving them full customer support at every step of their HUAWEI journey. The free-charging area is powered by HUAWEI’s fast-charging technology that allows customers to recharge their devices in no time.

The latest innovations from HUAWEI will also be showcased at the HUAWEI Experience Store at SM Megamall, including the newest addition to the HUAWEI MatePad Series, the HUAWEI MatePad 12 X. The tablet takes portable productivity and creativity to the next level. It comes with the exclusive PC-level WPS Office suite, allowing users to work on documents, spreadsheets, and presentations even while on the move. With its massive 10,100mAh battery and fast-charging capabilities, the tablet ensures long-lasting performance without having to re-charge throughout the day. 

With NearLink-powered accessories, including the HUAWEI Glide Keyboard and 3rd generation HUAWEI M-Pencil, the HUAWEI MatePad 12 X can transform into a powerful workstation that enables users to write, sketch, and annotate with ease and precision, all while maintaining its portability. The tablet features HUAWEI’s innovative PaperMatte Display which reduces glare, enhances eye comfort, and mimics  paper-like texture for an authentic writing experience which works well with the HUAWEI Notes and GoPaint app.

The pre-installed HUAWEI Notes offers enhanced note-taking capabilities, allowing users to jot down or sketch ideas instantly. Meanwhile, the HUAWEI GoPaint app expands the HUAWEI MatePad 12 X’s creative potential, offering professional-grade painting tools, realistic canvas textures and brush effects. 

Also featured in the store are HUAWEI’s newest wearable devices, the HUAWEI WATCH GT 5 Series and the HUAWEI WATCH D2. The HUAWEI WATCH GT 5 Series is a next-generation wearable device with an upgraded, fashionable design. It comes equipped with tailored sports capabilities for running, cycling, trail running, free diving, and golf.

It offers enhanced health and fitness monitoring features, powered by the HUAWEI TruSense System. The HUAWEI WATCH GT 5 Series also introduces the new Emotional Wellbeing Assistant, tracking users’ emotional state and offering tips to manage their emotions better. The HUAWEI WATCH GT 5 Series carries a long-lasting, quick-charging battery and provides intelligent interaction experience to users.

HUAWEI’s first-ever smartwatch with Ambulatory Blood Pressure Measurement (ABPM) the HUAWEI WATCH D2 is also part of the product lineup on display at the authorized experience store. The HUAWEI WATCH D2 tracks blood pressure levels day and night for comprehensive cardiovascular health insights. Beyond APBM, the watch also measures nine vital health indicators including heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen, stress, skin temperature, ECG, vascular elasticity, pulse wave arrhythmia, and sleep apnea detection. It generates a quick Health Glance report in as quick as 90 seconds, offering a faster, more affordable way for users to track and manage their health. While this enables users to better understand their health, the HUAWEI WATCH D2 is considered a non-medical device and should not replace official diagnosis from health practitioners. 

In January 2025, HUAWEI is set to introduce a groundbreaking lineup of smartphones as it launches the HUAWEI Mate X6 and the HUAWEI nova 13 Series. The HUAWEI nova 13 and HUAWEI nova 13 Pro will feature the industry’s first plaid-rhythm design and first front multi-focal zoom camera feature. Meanwhile, the HUAWEI Mate X6 features the all-focus length quad camera and the industry leading adjustable aperture and ultra-chroma on a foldable phone. It also comes with an industry-leading slim body crafted from pioneering materials that allow the phone to maintain a sleek profile with a durable build.
