Social media stars ‘Jamil’ trended online when a fan accused Jayzam Manabat of allegedly cheating on his longtime girlfriend, Camille Trinidad. 

Maria Angelica Diaz’s post, narrating that Jayzam hit on her during their encounter at the Highland Bali resort in Nueva Ecija, made rounds on social media and shocked netizens. 

Maria elaborated that she approached Jayzam to take a picture with her. The Youtube influencer then asked her to drink with him in his hotel room and after a few drinks, he reportedly kissed her in the bathroom, but she resisted.

She then reached out to Camille to explain what had happened and posted screenshots of their conversations online. 

Camille then replied, “Hindi ko alam kung kanino ako maniniwala. Pero ikaw babae ka at alam mong may girlfriend. Sana iniwasan mo rin. ‘Yung lang naman eh. Kasi babae tayo. Dapat alam natin ‘yung limits  ng bawat isa. Pero okay lang kahit nalaman ko ‘yung totoo.”

Camille also posted a black photo on her Instagram account and a broken heart emoji one her IG stories. 

She then stated on Twitter, “‘Yung akala mong hindi mo mararanasan, dadating din pala sayo”

Jayzam also uploaded a messaged on his account which stated, “Wala na akong ibang sasabihin pa, kasi siya naman nagsisira sa sarili niya. Ginagawa niyang tanga ‘yung tao, akala niya siguro di marunong mag-isip at mag analyze ‘yung netizens. Hindi ako nandito para mag malinis, o kung ano man. Napag usapan na din namin ni Camille ang lahat. Humihingi ako ng cctv copy. Pag nakuha natin to, tapos ang usapan.”

Fans also took to social media to air their thoughts on the trending issue. 

A netizen wrote, “Awit sa Jamil. Kahit talaga tingin niyo perfect relationship kayo, kung matutukso ang isa, at choice ang magloko, masisira kayo eh. Swerte nga kayo sa isang tao, pero nagagawa niyo pa ring manloko.”

A Twitter user also joined in and said, “Hindi pa rin maalis sa akin na isa ang Jamill sa mga dahilan, kung ba’t ako kumakalma dati up until now. Always remember that there is no perfect relationship. Everything happens for a reason. Let’s all be positive.”

One more added, “Jusko. Last two years ko pa inexpect na magkakaroon ng issue ang Jamil, and eto na nga.”

Another fan wrote a lengthy post which said, “Ano raw ang masasabi ko sa isssue ng Jamil? First of all, WALA! Issue nila yun. Problema na nila ‘yun dahil relationship nila ‘yun. So ano naman iaambag ko? Mas maigi nalang maki-popcorn ako kesa magbigay ng opinyon na wala naman akong alam at kinalaman.”
