Fan favorites, seasoned livestreamers, and even neophyte broadcasters, donned their best cocktail dresses and tuxedos as they bore witness to the Bigo Live Awards Gala 2022 held at the Blue Leaf Cosmopolitan’s Monet Ballroom last December 9.
Iconic creators and well-loved broadcasters were honored onstage for their contribution to the Bigo community. Here are the big winners of the momentous occasion:

Ian Red and Nicole Cando served as the show’s emcees. Bigo Live executives were present at the event to hand the trophies to the winners.
Emie Conjurado, who joined Tawag ng Tanghalan 6 years ago, lit up the stage with her powerful rendition of ‘I See Red’ and ‘Like a River’. Ann Raniel’s version of the Sarah Geronimo hit song ‘Ikot Ikot’ was very soulful. Nikki Enriquez hit the high notes of ‘Gusto Ko Nang Bumitaw’ perfectly. Jong Celindro, Mico Hendrix Chua, and Mary Erika Gervacio brought the house down with their energy in their respective intermission numbers.
Aside from the posh set-up, the 10-course Chinese fusion cuisine was also worthy of kudos. Various prizes were raffled off to attendees and the best of the bunch was the Macbook Air M2.

Livestreamers or broadcasters can livestream their day-to-day activities, showcase their talents, and even play games, and they earn money by receiving gifts from supporters, in the form of Bigo Beans, the social media app’s virtual currency.
