Camp Poosh, the immersive lifestyle event created by Kourtney Kardashian Barker, first launched in 2022 as an extension of her wellness brand, Poosh. Designed to channel the nostalgic spirit of summer camp through a luxury lens, the event quickly became one of the most talked-about influencer gatherings in the Coachella Valley.

In just a few short years, it has evolved into a glamorous, invite-only escape filled with wellness activities, brand activations, and music, attracting celebrities, influencers, and high-profile guests.

By 2023, Camp Poosh had already cemented its place as a must-attend event for the lifestyle and beauty crowd. That year, it was hosted from April 13 to 17 at a 40-acre estate in Palm Desert, California, in partnership with The H.wood Group.

Strategically timed to coincide with the Coachella music festival, the event offered an exclusive sanctuary just minutes from the festival grounds. Fifteen influencers were invited for a full weekend stay, with a central party held on Saturday for 400 to 500 handpicked guests.

This wasn’t your typical desert party. Kourtney and her team carefully crafted an immersive experience filled with camp-themed activities, spa treatments, wellness workshops, musical performances, and both festival preparation and recovery services. Poosh partnered with a curated list of premium brands such as Hulu, Aveda, Smartsweets, and Slip Silk, creating a seamless integration of product placement and lifestyle promotion.

Kourtney described the vision behind Camp Poosh as an adult summer camp, drawing from her own childhood love for camp experiences. “I’ve always enjoyed fully committing to a theme,” she said in an interview. “What makes the Poosh events so special is that I try to make them feel lived-in and immersive, not perfect or perfectly branded.”

Each detail — from décor to product selection — was handpicked to ensure guests felt transported to a nostalgic yet elevated space that embodied the Poosh philosophy.

By 2025, Camp Poosh had grown into its biggest iteration yet. The event once again aligned with the Coachella festival, offering attendees the chance to experience the latest in beauty, wellness, and fashion all in one place.

The 2025 edition featured exclusive access to top-tier beauty products like Kérastase hair care, Grown Alchemist skincare, and styling tools from Conair. Guests could also enjoy spa zones, glam touch-ups, and relaxing outdoor spaces designed for recovery and rejuvenation.

While social media buzzed with envy-inducing content, the event remained invitation-only, reinforcing its image as a rarefied escape. With every edition, Camp Poosh continues to redefine what a brand event can be — blending content creation, brand partnerships, and experiential luxury in a way that few lifestyle brands can match.

Kourtney Kardashian Barker’s vision for Camp Poosh remains clear: a luxe but soulful getaway, curated with intention, detail, and a touch of nostalgia — all under the desert sun.
