YouTube stars Jayzam Manabat and Camille Trinidad, also known as JaMill, trended on social media when news spread that their channel was no longer active. 

Netizens were stunned when the star’s page was redirected to a message stating: “This page isn’t available. Try searching for something else.”

Camille took to social media to explain that they have decided to delete their account to focus on their relationship on Thursday, August 19.

“Yes deleted na po ang channel. Di naman natin ma-pplease lahat ng tao na sabihing pa issue lang ito or what. It’s about our relationship, mas pinili namin mas maging okay ang relationship namin. I hope na irespeto na lang Thank you,” she elaborated. 

“JaMill is now signing off. Pero Jayzam & Camille is (infinity symbol),” she assured fans.

Camille also thanked YouTube for “everything” and said, “Thankyou YouTube sa lahat lahat.”

Apart from Camille, Jayzam went online and tweeted “Don’t cry because it’s over, smile because it happened.”

He also uploaded a photo on his Instagram account, which had the caption, “Looking forward.”

In an uploaded video on Facebook, the couple stressed they also did this in order to have a normal life.  

“Gusto lang namin ’yung simple gaya ng nangyayari sa ’min dati. Simple lang kami,” Jayzam said.

“Ayaw na namin ’yung masyadong mataas, madaming nakakakita sa ’min,” he stated. 

Jayzam continued on and stressed, “Nalulungkot ako kasi ’yung memories pero the fact na maialis namin sa pangalan namin na nag-stick lang kami dahil may YouTube, ang sarap sa pakiramdam,” 

And with that, he added,  “Maraming maraming salamat sa memories, sa good times na binigay niyo sa’min. Maraming maraming salamat talaga,” Jayzam said.

The tandem have amassed quite a following on social media, with their Youtube channel garnering more than 12 million followers, making them one of the top YouTubers in the country. 

One may recall that the two made headlines in April this year, when news broke that Jayzam was allegedly cheating on Camille.
