It’s Showtime Will Air on GMA-7

It’s finally happening! The hit noontime variety show “It’s Showtime” is set to air on GMA on April 6.
The ABS-CBN and GMA made the announcement on Wednesday, as their top executives sealed the collaboration in a contract signing ceremony held at the Kapuso Network’s studios.
The event was attended by the show’s hosts alongside GMA Network’s Chairman Atty. Felipe Gozon, President and CEO Gilberto Duavit, Jr., Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Felipe Yalong, GMA Films President and CEO Annette Gozon-Valdes.
Meanwhile, Chairman Mark Lopez, President and CEO Carlo Katigbak, Chief Operating Officer Cory Vidanes, and Group Chief Financial Officer Rick Tan were also spotted at the ceremony.
The two networks expressed their gratitude in a joint statement saying, “We thank our loyal viewers for their unwavering support for almost 15 years and look forward to connecting with new audiences as ‘It’s Showtime’ embarks on a new journey in creating more unforgettable FUNanghalian moments together on GMA, GTV, GMA Pinoy TV, and all other platforms it is currently seen,”
“This moment is a new chapter. So for us, we’ll be able to bring something new to the table in this new chapter all the time. Maaasahan ng Madlang Kapuso ‘yan,” Anne Curtis added.

On another note, Ogie Alcasid took to Instagram and said, “God is so good. He really is.”
It is important to note that the show is hosted by Vice Ganda, Vhong Navarro, Ogie Alcasid, Anne Curtis, Jhong Hilario, Kim Chiu, Karylle, Amy Perez – just to name a few.
