IWG, the world’s leading provider of hybrid working solutions with renowned brands like Regus, Spaces, and HQ, proudly announces the opening of four new state-of-the-art flexible workspaces in the Philippines.

The new locations are:

  • Regus Nepo Centre in Angeles City, Pampanga (opened on May 6)
  • Regus Adriatico Square in Manila (opened on May 10)
  • HQ Triumph Building in Quezon City (opened on May 14)
  • Spaces PNB in Makati (opened on May 15)

These new coworking spaces feature private offices, meeting rooms, and creative spaces, catering to the growing demand for hybrid working in the Philippines. The addition of these locations brings IWG’s total number of centers in the Philippines to 31, with plans to exceed 40 by the end of the year.

Rising Demand for Hybrid Working

The new locations come amid a surge in demand for hybrid work solutions, driven by increased foreign investment, robust GDP growth, and rising affluence in the Philippines. According to PwC, 51% of Philippine respondents prefer the hybrid work model.

Expansive Network

IWG’s expansion in the Philippines includes key cities such as Davao, Cagayan de Oro, Iloilo, Cebu, Subic, Angeles City, Baguio, and the National Capital Region. This extensive network, expected to grow to over 40 locations by year-end, provides the largest flexible workspace network in the Philippines, supporting businesses of all sizes.
