Filipina actress Liza Soberano elevates her performance as she joins the cast of the Hollywood movie Lisa Frankenstein, set to premiere this Wednesday, February 7.

Liza looked absolutely breathtaking as she graced the red carpet, all credit to her Filipino glam squad consisting of makeup artist Mickey See and hairstylist Renz Pangilinan. Hollywood celebrity stylist Maeve Reilly selected a sheer Olivier Theyskens gown crafted from various fabrics for Liza, enhancing her allure. To complement the sultry ensemble, she adorned herself with a floral choker necklace. She was seen with co-stars Kathryn Newton and Cole Sprouse.

Describing it as her first venture into Hollywood, the former Kapamilya star is presently immersed in her promotional tour across America for the upcoming film. She made guest appearances on various international shows such as “Buzzfeed,” “Fun with Dumb,” “Next Shark,” and numerous other programs. She also attended the movie’s premiere night, gracing the red carpet with Hollywood stars.

She elaborated on her experience working on the Hollywood set with the movie stars, emphasizing her enjoyment of the entire process due to the warm welcome she received.

“I was just hoping that my first experience out of the Philippines would be something that I would really enjoy and like to carry with me forever but I can definitely say this film has made me fall in love with acting even more,” the actress said.

She added, “I just really genuinely enjoyed everyone on the set and how everyone had, like so much to contribute and how everybody was just genuinely in love with the story and wanted to put their best foot forward.”

She anticipated needing to make numerous adjustments, considering the diverse work cultures among herself and her colleagues. However, she remarked that the cast is exceptionally down-to-earth. Liza also admitted that at first, she was nervous because she might receive a lot of comments about her work ethics, but she said it’s amusing that her companions were very supportive.

Liza, alongside the film’s director Zelda Williams, made an appearance on the digital platform of “Next Shark.” Injecting a surprise element into the show, Zelda and Liza found delight in the interview while sharing a meal together.

Lisa Frankenstein follows the story of Lisa Swallows (portrayed by Kathryn Newton), who unintentionally brings back to life a charming corpse from the Victorian era, portrayed by Cole Sprouse, amidst a lightning storm.

Taffy, portrayed by Liza Soberano, is a beloved cheerleader in high school, surrounded by a close-knit group of friends. She enjoys widespread admiration within the community and appears to have everything under control in her life. On the contrary, her stepsister Lisa is perceived as eccentric or gothic. Lisa’s interests lean towards intellectual pursuits, and she devotes her time to caring for the grave of a bachelor who passed away in 1837.
