Sparkle GMA Artist Center has officially unveiled Nancy McDonie, a member of the renowned South Korean group “Momoland,” as their newest addition to the array of talents they represent.

Their official announcement on social media reads, “Sparkle proudly welcomes its latest international star, Nancy McDonie, to its diverse and illustrious lineup of talents. Get ready to witness her journey as she radiates among the brightest in the industry! Welcome to Sparkle, Nancy!” They’ve accompanied this with the hashtag #NancySparkles.

Reportedly, the contract signing ceremony is scheduled for tomorrow, Tuesday, April 2.

Prior to the official announcement, Sparkle teased the identity of the South Korean idol who would be joining their talent management arm. A silhouette image of a woman was shared, leading netizens to speculate it was Nancy.

The statement further adds, “Sparkle is set to shine even brighter with the addition of this K-pop idol to its roster of formidable and diverse talents.”

Before Nancy’s reveal, netizens speculated on who the mystery idol could be. Some thought it might be Sandara Park, a former member of “2NE1” associated with ABS-CBN, given her past involvement with “Star Circle Quest.” Others considered the possibility of Chanty, a former Star Magic artist turned South Korean idol. However, it was pointed out that Chanty had already been announced as a Sparkle artist in December 2022.

As of now, Sparkle and GMA have not disclosed detailed information about Nancy’s upcoming projects.

Nancy McDonie, the captivating Korean-American artist, has swiftly ascended into the spotlight as a prominent figure in the K-pop industry. Born on April 13, 2000, in Daegu, South Korea, Nancy’s journey to stardom is a testament to her talent, perseverance, and magnetic charisma.
