Harame Bro, hailed as champions of the PMCL Summer 2024 season, have already proven their mettle on the global stage by securing a spot at the PUBG MOBILE World Cup 2024 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Competition runs starting August 21st until September 22nd, 2024, featuring 20 elite teams from the Summer Split. After three intense weeks, final groupings will be decided.

Each week comprises 30 thrilling matches across 5 groups, totaling 72 matches in the league phase. Teams earn League Ranking Points (LRP) based on their performance each week, aiming to secure a spot in the Final 16 for the Grand Finals.

The Grand Finals are scheduled on September 27-29, 2024.

“I see huge potential in our Philippine teams. By establishing the PMCL, we aim to create more opportunities for local teams and build a sustainable ecosystem within the region,” shared Carlos Li,  Senior Regional Esports Manager, PUBG MOBILE. “No doubt that our Challengers will continue to elevate their performance, setting their sights on the global stage.”

PUBG MOBILE is based on PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS, the phenomenon that took the world of interactive entertainment by storm in 2017. Up to 100 players parachute onto a remote island to battle in a winner-takes-all showdown. Players must locate and scavenge their own weapons, vehicles, and supplies, and defeat every player in a visually and tactically rich battleground that forces players into a shrinking play zone.
