Phase 1A has achieved over 90% take-up, with Phase 1B now open for sale.

Planned across five phases, MSIP offers two-storey semi-detached and detached factories, industrial land parcels ranging from approximately 1 to 8 acres, and larger plots suitable for customised industrial facilities and data centre developments.
