New leadership appointment strengthens Kaizen’s India GCC strategy, expanding global
delivery, talent, and AI-driven transformation capabilities worldwide

ATLANTA and CHENNAI, India, Oct. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Kaizen Global LLC, a leading global provider of enterprise AI, data analytics, and technology services, today announced the appointment of Sivaramakrishnan Senthatty (Siva Sen) as Chief Executive Officer of Kaizen Global India. In this role, Siva Sen will lead the expansion of Kaizen’s India operations, strengthening its Global Capability Center (GCC) strategy to scale delivery, talent, and enterprise AI capabilities for clients worldwide.

The appointment comes at a pivotal moment for Kaizen Global as it accelerates investments in its global delivery model. Kaizen Global India will serve as a core engine for enterprise transformation, leveraging Kaizen’s strengths in data engineering, advanced analytics, and enterprise AI, with continuous improvement and execution discipline.

Siva Sen brings extensive leadership experience in building and scaling global delivery organizations, with a strong track record of driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, and leading large-scale transformation initiatives. He joins Kaizen Global from LTM Ltd., an L&T Group Company, where he served as EVP and Country Head for Japan, leading international operations and market expansion. Prior to that, he held senior leadership positions at HCL Tech and TCS.

Over the next few years, Kaizen Global plans to expand its India workforce across data engineering, AI/ML, ERP, and cybersecurity practice areas.
