Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary
The first and largest koala refuge in the world, Lone Pine Koala refuge is also Brisbane’s favorite native animal sanctuary. FRIENDLY FARM ANIMALS AND FANTASTIC ZOOS
Australia Zoo
This is the biggest animal park in Brisbane, with 100 acres of land to explore just an hour’s drive away from the city. The renowned Irwin family owns Australia Zoo, which provides visitors with the opportunity to see a wide variety of animals, including crocodiles, wombats, and Tasman devils as well as snakes, rhinos, tigers, red pandas, and cheetahs.

Summer Land Camels
You may ride and feed camels while learning about camel milk’s advantages for the immune system and its anti-aging properties at Australia’s largest wild camel training facility. The farm shop sells camel skincare products, and the cafe serves delectable country fare like camel milk gelato, camel sausage rolls, and camel pies.

Towri Sheep Cheeses
Say cheese! I mean, sheep cheese. On weekdays, bus tours to the Towri Farm can be scheduled for groups of 30 or more. This includes access to the French-style gardens, a milking demonstration, cheese platters, and sheep cuddling time! The public is welcome to Towri Sheep Cheeses on the first Saturday of every month. A cheese-making workshop for individuals who truly adore cheese can be scheduled upon request.
Monday through Friday, group bus trips cost $35 per person. Reservations are required. The first Saturday of each month from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. is open to the public.
Lyell Deer Sanctuary
At the Lyell Deer Sanctuary on Mount Sansom, you may get up close and personal with these kind animals in a tranquil environment. They can be fed, played with, and cuddled.
$5 for adults and $3 for kids are the entrance fees. It operates 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, and weekdays, by request.
White Ridge Farm
Everyone may enjoy a delightful farm experience at White Ridge Farm. You can observe horses, llamas, and other creatures there. There are interactive bunny and guinea pig areas, a playground, and a picnic area in addition to the opportunity to feed the animals.

Sixth generation operational dairy farm, Tommerup’s Dairy Farm in Kerry Valley, offers real overnight farm stays where guests can take part in everyday activities or just unwind.
Visit during one of the designated dates for farm open days if you don’t wish to stay the night.
Mountview Alpaca Farm
Mountview Alpaca Farm is located on the grounds of Canungra Valley Vineyards. You may engage with the alpacas here, take them for walks, and even have a picnic in the lovely surroundings.
Open 9:30am–3:30pm from Monday through Friday and 9am–4pm on Saturday and Sunday.
