These five women have not only succeeded in the entertainment industry but have also remained vocal about their faith, using their platforms to inspire others.

1. Selena Gomez

Selena Gomez, known for her roles in Wizards of Waverly Place and films like Spring Breakers and A Rainy Day in New York, has been open about her Christian faith. She frequently credits her belief in God for guiding her through personal and professional challenges, including her battle with lupus and mental health struggles.

Gomez has shared that she listens to worship music to stay grounded and has been seen attending Hillsong Church services. In a 2020 interview, she revealed that she rededicated her life to Christ, saying, “I know that God was there when I needed Him the most.”

2. Faith Hill

Faith Hill, an award-winning country singer and actress, has also embraced her faith throughout her career. Known for starring alongside her husband, Tim McGraw, in 1883, Hill has always prioritized faith and family. 

She and McGraw have openly discussed how prayer plays a key role in their relationship and professional lives. Before every performance, the couple prays together, reinforcing their trust in God. Hill has also expressed that her faith influences the kind of projects she chooses, ensuring they align with her values.

3. Candace Cameron Bure

Candace Cameron Bure is one of the most outspoken Christian actresses in Hollywood. Best known for her roles in Full House and Fuller House, she has used her platform to share her faith boldly. Bure has starred in many Hallmark and Great American Family films, often choosing roles that align with her Christian values. She frequently speaks about her faith in interviews, saying, “My life purpose as a Christian is to glorify God in all I do.” 

4. Nicole Kidman

Nicole Kidman, an Oscar-winning actress known for films like Moulin Rouge!, The Hours, and The Others, has maintained her Christian faith despite the pressures of Hollywood. Raised Catholic, she has spoken about how her faith guides her family life. 

Kidman and her husband, country singer Keith Urban, regularly attend church with their children. In an interview, she shared that she prays daily and ensures that her daughters grow up with strong Christian values.

5. Angela Bassett

Angela Bassett, best known for her roles in What’s Love Got to Do with It, Black Panther, and Waiting to Exhale, has openly credited her success to her Christian faith. She has spoken about relying on prayer and scripture throughout her career. Bassett has said, “God has been my rock, guiding me through every challenge.” 

These women prove that faith and success in entertainment can go hand in hand. Their dedication to their craft, combined with their commitment to their beliefs, makes them role models both on and off the screen.
