New York Fashion Week (NYFW) Spring/Summer 2025 has once again proven to be a vibrant showcase of creativity, where eccentricity meets exquisite craftsmanship. This season, the event not only highlighted innovative designs but also attracted a star-studded lineup of celebrities from Hollywood, K-drama, K-pop, and notable Filipino figures, making it a true celebration of global fashion influence.

The celebrity presence at NYFW was nothing short of spectacular. Stars like Emily Ratajkowski, Dakota Johnson, and Naomi Campbell graced the front rows and after-parties, showcasing their impeccable style.

At the Bulgari Studio Party, Dakota Johnson turned heads in a stunning Gucci ensemble, while Naomi Campbell made a statement in a daring Ferragamo outfiT.

Other notable attendees included Andra Day, who dazzled in Ralph Lauren, and Kacey Musgraves, who embraced western-inspired fashion at the same show. The Ralph Lauren event also saw appearances from Usher and Dr. Jill Biden, further elevating the star power of the occasion.

The influence of South Korean celebrities was palpable throughout NYFW. Members of the popular K-pop group Stray Kids, including Felix and Lee Know, were spotted at Tommy Hilfiger’s show, bringing their unique style and fanfare to the event. Additionally, Jisoo from BLACKPINK made an appearance at Tommy Hilfiger, captivating audiences with her fashion-forward look.

K-drama stars also added to the glamor; Lee Young-ji, known for her vibrant personality and fashion sense, attended Coach’s show, embodying the effortless chic that Korean celebrities are renowned for. Their presence not only highlights the growing influence of K-culture in global fashion but also showcases how these stars are becoming style icons on international platforms.

Filipino representation was strong this season as well. Notable figures like Kylie Verzosa, former Miss International and actress, were seen attending various shows, showcasing her elegant style that resonates with both local and international audiences. Her presence at NYFW symbolizes the increasing recognition of Filipino talent on global stages.

This season’s NYFW was characterized by a fusion of styles that reflected diverse cultural influences. Designers like Who Decides War and Theophilio brought narratives rooted in their heritage to life through their collections. Theophilio’s designs celebrated Caribbean culture while incorporating streetwear elements from New York City, resonating with both local and international audiences.
