Actors who starred in major television shows and films from the previous year were awarded at the 30th Annual Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards on Saturday, February 24. The event celebrated the art of acting, with recipients selected through votes cast by guild members.

Christopher Nolan’s film “Oppenheimer,” which had an equal number of nominations as Greta Gerwig’s “Barbie” in the motion picture category, secured top honors for its cast and male actors individually. In the realm of television, “Succession” and “The Bear” received recognition for their ensemble performances in their respective categories. Additionally, the zombie apocalypse thriller “The Last of Us,” adapted from a video game and boasting the highest number of nominations among TV series, won two awards.

The program included a lineup of well-known presenters, including a highly anticipated reunion of the main cast members from “The Devil Wears Prada”—Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, and Emily Blunt—marking 18 years since the movie’s release.
