Karla Sofía Gascón made history as the first trans nominee in a Golden Globe motion picture acting category for her role as Emilia.

The Brutalist was a standout at the 82nd Golden Globe Awards, winning Best Motion Picture – Drama and earning Brady Corbet the award for Best Director.
