How Bella Hadid Really Does Her Skincare & Makeup

Bella Hadid’s skincare and makeup routine is all about enhancing her natural features while prioritizing self-care. Her day-to-night transformation begins with a clear focus on skin health, using calming rituals and products that support her overall well-being.

In the morning, Bella starts with an ice bath for her face, which she credits for reducing puffiness, easing inflammation, and even clearing her mind. This simple yet effective ritual makes her feel more awake and refreshed.

After the ice bath, she uses a microcurrent facial device that stimulates her skin using electromagnetic waves. This helps promote circulation and lymphatic drainage, especially important for Bella since she has mentioned struggling with immune and lymphatic issues. She relies on this step to decrease facial swelling and create a lifted, energized look.

Next in her routine is moisturizing. Bella prefers a clean and light skincare regimen. She uses a colostrum-based serum that she discovered while working in Italy. This product quickly became a staple for its soothing and skin-renewing properties.

For under-eye care, she opts for a lightweight cream, applying it gently to maintain brightness and moisture. A drugstore favorite that she swears by is the Clinique Moisture Surge Tint—a product that gives her skin a dewy glow and acts as the perfect base for her makeup.

Bella then begins her “Window to Soul” look, her go-to natural day makeup. She applies a tinted moisturizer for light coverage and a sun-kissed effect. She layers it with a subtle shimmer using the brand Saie for a radiant touch.

Her concealer technique is casual yet effective—she mixes light and dark tones from her well-loved Makeup Forever palette to get the perfect shade match.

Her contour routine is simple but effective. She uses the Fenty Beauty Match Stix in “Suedish” for a soft sculpt around her cheekbones and jawline.

Although she doesn’t contour her nose, she believes in applying makeup that suits one’s own face structure rather than following trends. She then uses a Giorgio Armani powder to set everything in place.

To bring warmth to her face, Bella applies Physicians Formula Butter Bronzer. This product, she notes, smells like coconut and gives her that just-back-from-the-beach glow. For brows, she uses Maybelline’s Fashion Brow Ultra Fluffy—a product she amusingly admits to borrowing from her sister Gigi.

She finishes the natural look with a Fenty Beauty highlighter duo—Afternoon Snack and Mo’ Honey. Bella mixes both for a soft, glowy finish. Her approach to makeup is playful and intuitive. She admits she often improvises, experimenting with different brushes and textures without overthinking.

Finally, Bella transitions into her “Belinda” look—her alter ego for a night out. While she didn’t detail this part as much in the video, her transformation is more about attitude than heavy makeup. For Bella, skincare and makeup aren’t just about appearance—they’re rituals that ground her and let her express herself creatively.
