Kathy Hilton and her daughter Nicky Hilton invite viewers into their grand Bel Air estate in a heartwarming and elegant house tour. The tour begins with Kathy sharing the inspiration behind her iconic black-and-white Harlequin floor design, which is a nod to the Claridge Hotel in London, their favorite place. This aesthetic blends both classic and contemporary elements, creating a timeless atmosphere.

One of the standout features of their home is the dining room, which has served as the venue for countless family celebrations, from birthdays to Thanksgiving dinners. Kathy reveals that their dining setup usually accommodates 14 to 16 guests, with three tables arranged to make the space feel cozy and intimate. The room has hosted numerous events, including baby showers and engagement parties, making it a lively and cherished part of their home.

The Hiltons’ home also boasts a prolific art collection, which includes pieces like a claw machine, a unique creation by artist Rachel Henan. This piece exemplifies Kathy and Nicky’s appreciation for modern art. The tour showcases their ability to blend art with functionality, offering glimpses of their distinctive art pieces that serve as conversation starters while enhancing the home’s overall design.

Kathy and Nicky also reminisce about their favorite memories in the house. They recall family gatherings, including children blowing bubbles and the excitement of a bouncy house with a water slide into the pool. This personal touch to their home makes it more than just a display of wealth—it’s a space filled with love, laughter, and cherished moments.

The Hiltons highlight the importance of their furry companions, with their two adorable dogs, decked out in bows, stealing the spotlight during the tour. Their presence adds an extra layer of warmth and charm to the already welcoming atmosphere of the home.

A significant portion of the tour focuses on their rug collection, which Kathy and Nicky designed in collaboration with Rugul. Kathy’s favorite is the Bryant rug, which she describes as the perfect complement to the foyer. The collection is inspired by their travels and experiences, with designs influenced by the classic and elegant interiors of hotels and homes they’ve loved over the years.

From the unique rugs and furniture to the thoughtful placement of art and personal collections, every corner tells a story. Kathy’s love for layering fabrics and textures is evident in the way she incorporates various materials into the home’s design, ensuring it remains both functional and stylish.
