WHAT: MEURAKI, a wellness tech platform and app, is proud to announce the launch of The Genesis Village Festival 2025, Singapore’s first gamified wellness festival. The event also marks the official launch of the MEURAKI app designed to bring wellness into the digital space through interactive play empowering individuals to build healthier habits, unlock real-world rewards, and connect with a growing marketplace of wellness practitioners, brands, and like-minded users.

This 2-day, free-entry festival invites all ages to discover a vibrant world of music, mindful movement and interactive play. It blends on-ground experiences with a digital wellness adventure, promising a fun and wholesome experience for the whole family. 

Festival goers can look forward to: 

• Fitness & Flow: Sunrise & sunset yoga by Real Yoga and an energising fitness class by PURE Group
• Mindfulness & Healing: Meditation, breathwork, sound baths, and energy therapies led by expert practitioners
• Talks & Creative Workshops: Conversations with wellness leaders on mental health, resilience, nutrition, and sustainable living, as well as hands-on learning experiences 
• Live Beats & Music: Soak in vibrant DJ sets from DJ PhoeNiks, DJ MinTea, DJ Nana and Raja Rani, acoustic sets with feel-good vibes by Circle of Thrust, and soulful vocals from singer-songwriter Alyssa Lie.
• The Collective Market: Curated local brands offering artisanal food, wellness products, and sustainable lifestyle finds

For young children, there is the Little Seekers’ Grove and bounce away at the whimsical Jumping Hollow.

Adventure seekers can embark on the free in-app Wellness Quest which is an eight-realm challenge across the Eight Dimensions of Wellness. By conquering the quest, you will unlock the Genesis Treasure Pool where a vault of rewards including a luxury staycation at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, exclusive wellness treats and premium gifts awaits. 

The festival grounds in the Silver Garden at Gardens By The Bay are intentionally chosen to blend nature and urbanity. It is here, amongst the Supertrees and overlooking Dragonfly Lake with the modern contrast of Marina Bay Sands in the distance, that the Genesis Village Festival 2025 seeks to create a safe space for open engagement on mental health and sustainable wellbeing. The setting itself reinforces the message that wellness and resilience can be found even within a high-speed urban environment.

WHY: World Mental Health Day is observed every year on 10 October to shine a spotlight on the importance of mental wellbeing, reducing stigma, and improving access to support worldwide. A survey conducted by the Ministry of Manpower and several partners based on data from a free online assessment tool which was published on 25 September 2025, states that about a third of 15,000 workers in Singapore faced work-related stress or burnout in 2024. 

Even the youth are not exempted, as in 2024 a mental health study on youths in Singapore showed about 1 in 3 reported experiencing severe or extremely severe symptoms of depression, anxiety or stress. The research, led by the Institute of Mental Health, involved face-to-face interviews with 2,600 people aged between 15 and 35 years old. 

As such the Genesis Village Festival 2025 aims to create a safe space and community-centric platform where people can openly engage in discussions around mental health, self-care, and sustainable wellbeing and reducing stigma through collective experience. Through gamification, participants can unlock achievements, track their personal growth, and take part in community challenges that reward both effort and consistency and also make the process more playful and fun.
