Built on more than 30 years of funeral experience from the Casket Fairprice family, Everpet brings the same standards of care and dignity traditionally reserved for human funerals into the world of pet aftercare

(The Blessing Room)

WHAT: Everpet, a full-suite pet funeral service and memorial provider which focuses on bespoke farewell ceremonies and a gentle, meaningful and healing-focused experience, has recently launched in Singapore. They aim to provide a comforting space and thoughtful services for families to say their heartfelt goodbyes to their pets and allow a dignified send-off, all the while honouring their unconditional love and treating them as family members.

HOW: Just as one would honour the departure of a family member, Everpets delivers personalised farewell ceremonies in their memorial rooms with the choice of the Garden theme or the Starry Night theme. The Garden theme ceremony includes a guided ritual pet spa, a last viewing with a heartfelt message from a memorial specialist and a ‘Crossing the Rainbow Bridge’ send-off with colourful lights and peaceful music. The Starry Night theme transitions from day to night symbolising a peaceful slumber.

Everpet offers aquamation also known as water cremation, which is a flameless, water-based farewell that provides a soft and soothing alternative to traditional flame cremation while reducing environmental impact. Aquamation (alkaline hydrolysis) uses water, gentle alkali and low heat to emulate and accelerate the natural process of breaking down the body into its basic elements in hours, leaving bone ash that’s processed and returned to families without fire or smoke. The process uses up to ~90% less energy than flame cremation and avoids direct greenhouse gas emissions from burning.

There are 2 types of funeral packages; for a family event where it’s private, calm and consoling and a private event where the team can fully customise as per request.

The full-suite pet funeral services include but not limited to:

  • Pick up services: At your convenience, whether from your home or the vet.
  • Funeral service packages: Personalised farewell in one of our memorial rooms, allowing family and friends to gather and honour your pet’s life.
  • Pet washing: A gentle cleansing treatment to prepare your pet with dignity for their final farewell.
  • Aquamation aka water cremation: The process mimics nature’s own way of returning organic matter to the earth, using water, not flame, to gently break down the body, aligned with the way nature intended completing the cycle of life with grace.
  • Premium urns: Beautifully crafted urns designed for your home.
  • Professional photography/videography: Preserving heartfelt moments to look back on.
  • Religious rites: Prayers that provides solace such as Buddhist monk chanting services or the 49 day Ji Ling
  • Grief support: Compassionate guidance and resources to help families navigate loss and healing after the farewell.
  • Ash and fur keepsake jewellery: Thoughtfully designed mementos such as paw prints, fur clippings, and memorial jewellery to cherish their memory.

For the family funeral, there are 3 types of packages ranging from Lite, Basic and Classic and prices start at $388 (not inclusive of cremation fee). The cremation fee is based on weight, beginning at $600 for 0-10kg.

WHO: Founded in March and officially launched in October 2025 by husband and wife team, Leon Lim and Rachael Tay. Both are also part of the next generation of funeral services provider, Casket Fairprice, which serves thousands of Singapore families in their moments of loss.

Everpet is supported by a team with over 30 years of dignified (human) funeral care experience and they bring the same compassion, reverence and attention to detail to every pet they are entrusted with.

“Our pets loved us unconditionally in life and they deserve the same love, dignity, and respect in their final farewell,” said Rachael Tay, Co-Founder of Everpet. “We’ve brought the standards, clarity, and compassion of professional end-of-life care into pet aftercare so families can focus on healing, honouring and remembrance, and leave the logistics and coordination to us.”

WHY: According to the National Environment Agency (NEA), what you do after a pet passes depends on its size. For tiny companions like hamsters, rabbits or fish, NEA allows you to double-bag and place them in your household bin though many families still opt for a simple cremation to say a proper goodbye. For bigger pets such as cats and dogs, the send-off must go through a licensed pet funeral service such as Everpet.

WHERE: Everpet is located at 10, Kaki Bukit Road 1, #01-03 Singapore 416175 and they have a 24-hour careline at 8011 8822.
