Angel Locsin has turned over a new leaf as she starts her 800-calorie diet plan. She recently posted photos of her diet meal on her Instagram account,which was based on recommendations of her nutritionist.

Angel stressed “Today is the first day of my diet. After so many years, I finally decided to go back.” 

She showed what she had for lunch on her first day of the diet which was pork and potatoes.

Angel elaborated, “Yes, mukha siyang konti because I’m on an 800-calorie diet. And according to my nutritionist, ‘yon yung kailangan ko to achieve my goal. So please bear with me and wish me good luck.”

The actress also uploaded scrumptious looking meat and vegetables, fresh apples for her snack, and bulalo!

The news garnered so many reactions on social media – mostly supporting the iconic actress. 

A netizen wrote, “Happy to hear this!” He then added, “I have been following you po eversince. Kahit ano ang physicality niyo, it is how you handle yourself and your kind heart that always makes me in awe of you always. Praying for a new project for you, like a film or teleserye soon.”

Another stated, “Magugulat na naman kayo ilang araw nito. Ang daming insecure na naman. Di original M.s body beautiful, but beautiful inside and out.”

One supported Angel’s diet and stressed, “Go for that Ms. Angel! And it’s about time for healthy living. You are so loved by all because you are beautiful inside and out.”

Next, a person commented, “We love you Ms. Angel! Kahit sexy o mataba ka hindi magbabago pagmamahal namin at supporta sayo. God bless.”

Someone also kept it short and sweet by saying, “It’s about time! All the way supporting you idol. Ibalik ang katawan ni Darna.”

Lastly, a netizen expressed support for the celeb and said, “Angel is Angel. Nasa dugo ang pagiging dyosa, kahit pa anong sabihin niyo sa pagtaba niya.”
