Garnering an impressive sweep across all four of his nominated categories, Lake walked away with top honors including Artist of the Year, Male Artist of the Year, Worship Song of the Year, and Song of the Year.
It was a defining moment for the South Carolina native, whose heartfelt performances and passionate lyrics have resonated with fans across the globe. Lakeâs collaborative hit with Jelly Roll, Hard Fought Hallelujah, not only won Song of the Year but also reflected a unique union of testimony and transparency.
Accepting the award, Lake expressed gratitude and reflected on his journey, saying, âIt has been such an honor to collaborate with Jelly Roll⊠heâs been praying for a song like this.â
Beyond the accolades, Lake used his platform to deliver a moving message â a call to revival and action. âRevival might come about in the less obvious ways,â he shared from the stage. âYou might be the closest thing to Jesus someone will ever experience. Walk across the street and be the hands and feet of Jesus.â
The message was not just for the fans, but for anyone who believes that faith isnât confined to a stage or a song. In a vulnerable moment, Lake admitted to his own fears, confessing, âIâm scared every single day⊠but Godâs with you. Heâs for you.â With a humble yet bold conviction, he encouraged believers to stand firm in their calling, despite discomfort or fear.
Lakeâs achievements at the awards also place him among the top recipients in the eventâs history, tying with Lauren Daigle with nine total wins. Only for KING + COUNTRY surpasses him in the award count.
Jelly Roll, unable to attend in person, joined the celebration via video message. He spoke of redemption and transformation, calling the award win a âbeautiful storyâ â a journey from a jail cell to a Christian music stage. âThat is something only God can do,â he said.
Other highlights from the night included performances from top names in Christian music and newcomers alike. for KING + COUNTRY took home their 19th trophy, while gospel legend CeCe Winans celebrated her first win as Female Artist of the Year.
The night was more than an awards show â it was a celebration of music that uplifts, encourages, and leads people closer to God. As Lake summed it up, âItâs gonna take every single one of us. Letâs see a revival sweep across this nation.â
With his unmistakable voice and unwavering mission, Brandon Lake reminded everyone that the true victory is found in faith lived out boldly.
