MVP-led company MPT Mobility earned the Bronze award for Best User Experience at the recently concluded Loyalty Engagement Awards 2025 in Singapore. The honor highlights the remarkable success of MPT DriveHub—an innovative travel companion app designed to revolutionize the daily commute on MPTC expressways across the Philippines.

The Loyalty Engagement Awards honor excellence and innovation in loyalty and consumer engagement, spotlighting brands that revolutionize user experiences through technology and meaningful campaigns. MPT Mobility’s win underscores its commitment to #MobilizingProgressTogether—advancing urban mobility through user-centered digital solutions that keep Filipino motorists smarter, safer, and happier on the road.

Revolutionizing every journey with MPT DriveHub

Metro Manila’s traffic congestion has long been a source of daily frustration for drivers and commuters —a reality underscored by the 2024 TomTom Traffic Index, which ranked the city as the most congested metro area in the world.

To help ease the travel burden for Filipinos, MPT Mobility has enhanced the MPT DriveHub app with a robust set of features designed to make road travel more efficient and stress-free. From real-time traffic updates and seamless RFID balance checking and reloading, to toll fee calculators, pit stop locators, and 24/7 emergency roadside assistance, MPT DriveHub addresses the everyday challenges of commuting and long-distance driving. Designed for a wide range of users — including daily expressway commuters, transport operators, and leisure travelers — the app elevates every aspect of the driving experience.

A campaign that goes the extra mile

Building on the momentum of its successful 2023 #DriveYourWay campaign, MPT Mobility refreshed its brand narrative in 2024—shifting the focus from functionality to the deeper purpose behind every drive. At the heart of this evolution is MPT DriveHub, now positioned not just as a travel tool but as an indispensable companion that empowers Filipinos to “Drive Your Way”—a mindset that encourages taking control of one’s journey and rising above everyday traffic struggles.

A key part of this strategic shift was the launch of the nationwide Happy Holideals incentive program, which transformed app engagement into a fun, gamified experience. Users could earn points by downloading the app, reloading RFID accounts, and actively using MPT expressways—with the chance to win exciting raffle prizes, including brand-new Chevrolet Tracker SUVs and substantial cash rewards.

The campaign went beyond building awareness. It significantly increased product trials, boosted app downloads, and grew the number of monthly active users, proving the power of meaningful engagement in driving user adoption and loyalty.

The campaign delivered impressive results, with MPT DriveHub experiencing a 127% increase in monthly active users and a 105% rise in daily users after transitioning to a native platform for improved performance.

Users praised the app for its ease of use, accurate balance tracking, and hassle-free RFID reloading, reinforcing MPT Mobility’s commitment to making travel simpler and more rewarding.

#MobilizingProgressTogether

At its core, MPT Mobility’s award-winning approach exemplifies its vision of unifying progress. By integrating insightful data, seamless technology, and consumer-centric campaigns, it continues to set new standards for smart urban mobility in the Philippines.

As traffic challenges persist across growing cities, MPT DriveHub shines as a beacon of practical innovation and community-focused progress. This new accolade is not only a celebration of past achievements but also a motivating milestone for the continued advancement of smarter, safer, and more enjoyable travel—mobilizing every Filipino to drive farther, better, and with greater confidence.

To learn more about MPT DriveHub, the app is available for download on the App Store and Google Play.
