It is testament to how the game continues to listen to its players for new experiences, evolving after every update. Everyone’s sure to love the new features and strides the game has made for its local community. 

This year PUBG MOBILE Philippines has actively engaged the local community through notable collaborations both in-game and in esports. This year, SB19 Ken, also known as the soloist FELIP, unveiled a personally designed Avatar, Avatar Frame, Voice Pack, and Graffiti for fans to unlock. All were made available within the SUPERIOR PASS. Fans lost their minds as they obtained items for free, trending in X in the Philippines the day it was released.  

Due to the successful collaboration and demand for FELIP’s content, PUBG MOBILE will continue on to initiate a Phase 2 of the partnership with the local hiphop talent. We’re going to hear more from FELIP as his song ‘Wrath’ from his newest album ‘7sins’ becomes available for lobby and vehicle music in-game.  

The game also made waves in the media on the esports front. PUBG MOBILE Team Harame Bro paved the way for Filipino esports teams as it secured the lone slot to the 2024 PUBG Mobile World Cup after winning the PUBG Mobile Challengers League-Southeast Asia (PMCL SEA) Summer Split. It will be the furthest any Filipino esports team would have conquered to date, proving they are the best from over 200 teams nationwide that showcased their skills in playing the popular battle royale game.

Now, a new version comes in as PUBG MOBILE dives deep in its first-ever underwater-themed gameplay “Ocean Odyssey”. Commerce an underwater battle royale and explore the maps to arrive at the ‘Ocean Palace’ and ‘Forsaken Ruins,’ ride marine vehicles ‘Gleaming Stingray’ and ‘Whale Escape Pod’ and wield the weapons ‘Water Orb Grenade’ and ‘Water Orb Blaster’ enabling tactical shifts and restricting enemy movement. Also get the chance to retrieve the powerful ‘Trident’ and who knows, awaken the powerful creature ‘Kraken’.

The New Royale Pass Ace 8 will make waves starting July 16th, with a total prize pool worth over 80,000 UC. Expect the Upgradable Firearm, New Custom Color Outfit and a new Victory Dance exclusive to the pass!

The thrill doesn’t stop there! World of Wonder will also offer a variety of Tower Defense gameplay, alongside brand new themed map templates patterned after the ocean world, loads of system and interaction improvements. A new season in PUBG MOBILE Metro Royale starts, titled ‘Metro Royale: Zombie Uprising‘. Survivors of PUBG MOBILE Metro Royale team up to fend off zombies, gather supplies, and make a successful escape. New weapons like the M134 and Flamethrower will also be available.

Throwing a home party in PUBG MOBILE? Now you can! Dance it out on the stage and score Home Party Packs full of rewards. Use an officially recommended dance, or choreograph using Emotes. Reach a certain amount of Intensity for the whole server to enjoy a fireworks display, a full house party for you and your squad.
