Selena Gomez and Zayn Malik spark new romance rumors after they were spotted kissing while on a dinner date in New York. A couple of weeks ago, both Zayn and Selena started following each other on Instagram, and this seems like a big deal, considering Zayn only follows 18 people.

Eyewitnesses saw the sweet moment happening as they went inside the restaurant. “They walked in holding hands and were kissing. It seemed like they were comfortable together and it was clear that it was a date,” said a US source, who was quoted on many global media outlets.

Fans went crazy speculating they were making new music but it seems they were making more than that. The two make a great pair, considering Zayn has a lovely voice and Selena is one of the most loved women on earth.

“I have a weakness for bad boys,” said Selena in an interview before. A Tiktoker named klarissa.mpeg shared an alleged conversation she had with a friend who worked at the restaurant that night. Her friend described that the two came “hand in hand” while “making out” and that this person was the one who “seated them.”

If ever the two are indeed dating and would make their relationship public soon, it will come as no surprise since Selena mentioned in a number of interviews before that she likes Zayn. She was asked by a Hollywood broadcast magazine Extra reporter: “If you had to pick, who would you pick for a kiss?” Selena answered Zayn right away and the reporter actually noticed that “there was no hesitation there.”

Many thought before that Selena was dating Drew Taggart of the ‘The Chainsmokers’ electronic DJ and production duo when she cleared out her relationship status on Instagram with the hashtag “unsingle.”

Selena has dated musicians before like The Weeknd, Nick Jonas, and Justin Bieber. On the other hand, Zayn was previously engaged to Perrie Edwars of the X Factor UK fame so it wouldn’t be surprised if he’s dating someone in the music industry again.

Many of their followers are rooting that this dream couple will actually get together.
